Cover's Coming Along

After a total of about, well too many hours of work, the cover drawing for my story is... finished? Waiting on some aesthetic/ conceptual feedback from a trusted source, who has already read the story. Then it's time to make needed adjust and/or begin adding title text.

Time to Design

I've developed a basic design for my new story's cover image. I made a pencil line drawing and scanned it into the computer. I'm laying in the base colors digitally via Photoshop. The tentative title is The Knight of Halloween. My goal is to have the cover done by Friday- image, color, value, text and all.

New Manuscript

Just completed a childrens horror story. It's approx. 140 pages and geared toward 8 to 16 year olds. The basic manuscript took about a month to finish. It is the first middle age book that I've written and I really enjoyed it. The process has opened several concepts in my mind for future projects.
